I've been slacking! Its actually the 2nd week in a row we've taken down that big nasty barnacle encrusted fishy smelling giant and his little murlock companions. Even better, the raid flourished the two weeks I was off and got the first kill of him without me. This saddens me at the same time it makes me very proud. Keep up the great work gang, not bad for a group of scrubs who only raid once a week huh? Bring on Leo the Blind! He's next... and he is also going to need a bandage over his Brown-Eye once we get through with him! |

After what proved to be an EPIC win over the Lurker for a 3rd week in a row, we decided it was time to go get a few "learning attempts" in on Hydross. Well attempt 1 proved that we certainly had figured out the mechanics of the fight, and had a few costly errors, but the attempt over all was a great boost to confidence and morale. Well, the night was wearing on and we decided to give it our second learning attempt and call it a night. BUT THAT WAS ALL WE WOULD NEED. 2nd Attempt, Hydross the Unstable fell before the collective might of BMC and Superfriends. It was epic indeed. About 3 seconds left until the enrage and it wasn't until the very end that we lost anyone, possible due to teh fact that there were 5 debuffs stacked, but with the enrage impending we didn't have time to deal with the adds, and we kept him in place and burned him down! Grats to those who got loot, and thank you all for coming. Superb jobs last night guys, I am proud of you all! |

Its the rotting fish carcass that is waffing out of SSC! Damn straight. BMC and superfriends took down the Lurker Below last night on our 2nd attempt. It wasn't one of those close call first kills where there are like 5 party members standing... it was a damn near flawless victory! Thank you to all who attended, and congrats to those who got loot! I'm sorry your new items have a fishy smell about them, that should subside over time. |

As I'm sure some of you have seen, right over there on the sidebar is a "Donation" button. I thought I'd give a bit of reasoning as to why it is there, so y'all don't think it is just for me to beg for cash for my own personal benefit. No, it's there for me to beg for cash, to help pay for the bills that accrue with the running of the guild. I thought I would break down what exactly it is costing me to keep all of our guild resources running. Ventrillo - 15/month & Wesite Hosting - 15$/Month So that is 30$ a month I am paying out of pocket to keep these guild resources up and running. I also realize that there are other alternative and free ways around what I am paying money for, like the In Game VoIP and Guild Portal for the site, but those are not very good tools, and I want nothing but the best for my guild. I have chosen not to go the free route and in that, I would NEVER expect any of you to HAVE TO donate. 30$ a month may not seem like a lot, but it sure does add up quickly. Please if you are able, donate what you can and help your guild! In closing I want to extend my profound thanks to those who have already donated to help the cause. I will not be naming names, but you guys know who you are, I know who you are and I am VERY greatful for your help, it is truely appreciated. |
